SECURITY

The community voted to retain an armed security guard company from 6pm-6am seven days a week. You are not required to participate in the security service, although we strongly encourage you to do so.

Please note if you choose not to participate, your home will not be monitored by the guard or the camera system.  Currently, there is a start-up fee per lot of $500 to cover the building and maintenance of the guard house and a monthly fee of $145 (lot with house) to cover the security guard fee. 

As more owners participate, the fees will decrease.
